One of the best things about living in Oregon is having the Oregon coast so close by. Having grown up with the Utah mountains near by, I think that the rugged beauty of the coast resonates with me. Sure it would be nice to have water warm enough to do more than wade into, but I don't think that I would trade our time on the coast for anything.
