It is official
Our house officially went on the market today. I got a call from our agent this morning letting me know that it was out there on the MLS now. You can see it here. I was a little panicky today because I was afraid of getting a showing and not being ready. But, luckily--I think, nobody called. Tim and I were able to scrub the house down this afternoon. The photographer comes tomorrow to take pictures for the virtual tour and the listing. I sure hope we can keep this place clean while having four kids running around and having another one come. Part of me hopes it sells fast. Part of me hopes we sit on it for a month while I recover. Only time will tell.
