Braces for Ethan!

The day finally arrived for Ethan to get braces. He asked several times if it was going to hurt. Both Tim and I explained that there was some discomfort with braces but it didn't last long. I warned him not to drink for a straw the day he got them, I did that and it hurt like crazy! He said that he was didn't feel sore at lunchtime but he still had soup, just to be safe. I made sure to get him some frozen yogurt at Costco this afternoon. We had the Cub Scout Blue and Gold Banquet tonight. We let Ethan stay home with Darcy and eat scrambled eggs. I think that was easier for everyone!
