He passed....he passed,,,yippee!!!
Tim has been studying all summer(well, for most of the summer) for the Patent Bar test. Today was the big day. 6 hours of testing broken up into 2 three-hour blocks. Information from a HUGE patent book--one chapter was 250 pages long. I have been on pins and needles for the past hour just waiting for him to call. Now, we can breathe a big sigh of relief because he passed. Now, anyone who knows Tim won't be too surprised by this but the test usually only has a 50% pass rate so it wasn't a sure thing. But, he passed. YEAH!!! He can now serve officially as a Patent Agent. I'm not quite sure what that means for him right now, but he will have one more thing to put on his resume.
