The big day of her tendon release and final set of casts.
Casts come off...
the feet are looking good.
Numbing cream on....and we wait for it to work its magic.
A little cut and snip and suddenly her foot can move in any direction.
Time for her little nap
and presto...the casts are on.
This set will stay on for 2 1/2 weeks. The tendon takes 1 1/2 weeks to magically find itself and heal completely. I guess the extra week is just to make sure it gets enough time.

Wow! This is such an amazing process. It's wonderful that they are able to fix her feet non-surgically and at such a young age.
I know that the casts are off now and I hope that she has adjusted to that sensation a little more.
