St. Patrick's Day
Traditional Green Pancakes for breakfast.
This year Tim was home for breakfast (I love being out of school). Of course, we were both busy getting breakfast ready so we aren't in the picture. We decided to do Corned Beef and Cabbage for dinner.
It is always surprising to me when we try something different and the kids all like it. I can't say that they liked the cabbage part but everyone asked for seconds of corned beef.
(Except Darcy of course, she just ate vanilla wafers. But she ate them wearing a green bib.)
