Philo T. Farnsworth

Zach recently did a research project about Philo T. Farnsworth, the father of television. As part of the project the students put together a living museum-where they dressed up as the historical figure and prepared speeches to share. I loved Zach's poster, complete with an antenna for the center sections television console. I took the girls to go walk through the museum today. Here he is with his display. He was next to his friend, Andrew, who did his project on the filmmaker Georges Melies. I mention this specifically because his fake goatee scared the living daylights out of Darcy. She didn't want to get close to Zach because Andrew was too close. Darcy was also very nervous by one of the kids in our ward, TK, who was dressed up as Elvis--complete with fake Elvis hair.
