Playing catch-up

I actually have both Wyatt and Mallory sleeping and the boys are at school so I had some time to look through pictures. I realized that I hadn't even looked through Mallory's blessing pictures! So, here are a couple of pictures of her on her special day. She was such an angel!

Last Saturday, I dressed her in her blue flowered dress. I figured I was good because it was a dress and I had her pink blanket with her in the carseat....We went to Wal-Mart and the lady behind up in line kept staring at Mallory. Finally, she tapped me on the shoulder and asked if it was a boy or a girl. OK...who dresses their boys in flowered dresses with pink blankets????? But hey, I guess it is better to ask then make a comment and be wrong!! Please note how the 0-3 month dress still drowns my little girl at 2 1/2 weeks. I got her weighed this week and she is 8lbs 2oz. She is only 1 lb under Zach's birth weight at 3 weeks old.

The picture of Wyatt is one he insisted on taking when I was taking pictures of the boys on their first days of school. Of course, he can't stand still long enough for me to get a clear picture. If anyone knows of good ways to take action shots that stay in focus I would love some pointers.
Finally, I didn't have a chance to post the picture of the park that is behind the new house yesterday, so here it is today. There is a walking path that goes around the whole park, and basketball courts too (Ethan loves that part). The only downside to the park is the mosquitoes that attack during the evening in summer. Tim and I went for a walk last night and within 2 minutes we were both swatting bugs off of us. Time to invest in some bug spray!!

Ohhh...Mallory looks so precious! Man what a nice park to have in your backyard. And real green grass, not just weeds. Must be nice!

That park is amazing and Mallory is such a little doll. I can't believe I don't get to see her for another 2 1/2 weeks.

I swear I already commented on this!! We are going to need you to update a little more often. I can't believe how much Mallory looks like Zach!
Congrats on finding a new home so quickly.
