He did it!!
We met some friends at the park today (Kim and her boys, Brandon and Colton). When they all showed up with their bikes I was amazed to see Colton--who is Wyatt's age--riding without training wheels. I expressed my amazement and told Kim about our struggles teaching Ethan. This whole teaching him to ride a bike has been a thorn in our sides for years. We just couldn't figure out how to coach him. Then, in a matter of minutes, Kim had Ethan up and going without training wheels!!! The key--keep your arms straight. Who knew--we certainly didn't! Now if we can just get the chain to stay on his bike he will be in business. Now it's Zach's turn.

hooray!!! I bet he is so proud of himself. And a big sigh of relief for you too!
You know it was on our list to get Conner riding without training wheels this summer and he has done really well. We decided to do Payton at the same time, but he'll need another summer to really get it, I think.
So cool! Way to go Ethan :)
