Swim Lessons
We decided to do swim lessons at the beginning of the summer so that the kids would have all summer to practice what they learn. Usually the kids are supposed to be 4years old to start but with an end of summer birthday, Mallory was allowed to start 'early'. I was glad because she has been so afraid since going under the water last summer that we wanted her to get some skills. They all had a great time. We were lucky that the weather finally warmed up just as the first session started.
Ethan finally got the courage up to try some diving/jumping off of higher places.
Zach lost one of his ear tubes and the other one is almost out so he is much more willing to go under water.
Wyatt enjoys just staying at the bottom of the pool with his goggles on.
And Mallory will almost put her face in the water. Maybe by the end of the summer. And Darcy has her brothers wrapped around her little fingers.
She drags them all over the yard when it isn't their turn for lessons. It was a good two weeks and now taking the kids to the pool will be a lot less stressful for me.
