We woke up to a bunch of snow this morning but surprisingly school was not cancelled. I heard that there were quite a few accidents at the high school parking lot but nothing beyond some very late students at our school. But, school was cancelled for the preschool. Since we didn't find out until cars were loaded up we ended up having a little snow day party at our house. Darcy, Mallory, Noah and Erich bundled up and went to play in the snow.
They were unsuccessfully building a snowman until I went out and helped.
I think it is probably the most substantial snowman I have ever built! The kids were getting a little impatient or it could have been bigger. We had a good time. Our poor snowman didn't last the day though, it fell over before the boys ever saw it.
