We borrowed a Raclette Grill for our big New Years Day dinner. We cut up lots of cheese, chicken, sausage, pineapple and all sorts of good stuff to put on our boiled potatoes. It has been two years since we did one of these dinners--we really shouldn't let that much time pass. All of our kids loved it. What a fun way to welcome in the new year. Happy 2012!
